  1. Hey Tiago,

I have a requirement to send/receive messages via the MSN protocol in Windows. I am looking to use a library that is as lightweight as possible. With your experience using “libmsn” do you think it would be feasible?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Regards,
    Jon

  2. Hi Jon,

actually I never tried to compile it under windows, but libmsn was developed to be OS independent. It should compile ok, but as I made some changes and never tested, it may fail.
If you are going to test it under windows, please, give me a feedback.

    Thanks.

  3. As it stands right now I had to make a few modifications to get it to compile, simple porting (i.e. ioctl, slist, etc). But I am having real problems getting it to link. I’ll try libmsn-discuss to see if anyone has had more success than me. If you have a sample client it would help too since msntest is gone from the trunk, and I see you added numerous new callbacks.

PS: Sry to spam your “About Me” comments, please feel free to continue this via email.
